6:30 pm: Doors open - Please make your way to the Smoking Room on the first floor

7:00 pm: Introduction by Mishal Husain, Jonathan Ross and Art Malik

7:25 pm: Brief talk by Katy Attfield, Head of Disaster Management at the British Red Cross

7:35 pm: Canapes / Iftar

8:00 pm: Auction - All proceeds to be donated to the British Red Cross Pakistan Floods Appeal

9:00 pm: Raffle

The auction is centred around collectable pieces of art, limited edition prints and lithographs, fine jewellery, designer outfits from predominantly Pakistani and Indian artists and designers. There are also a whole host of other items centred around travel, leisure and entertainment.

Biographies of some of the artists and designers who have generously donated their pieces for the cause, are as below.

Dress Code

Please note that the venue is a  Private Gentlemens Club with a very strict club rules. There is a dress code which must be adhered to, else invitees will not be allowed in.

Gentlemen are expected to wear a jacket with collar and tie. Leather jackets, denim material, wrangler type cords, polo-neck sweaters, tracksuits, T-shirts, training or deck shoes and the like casual wear are not permitted in public rooms.

Ladies should dress appropriately. If worn, trousers must be tailored. Trouser suits, cocktail and dinner suits are permitted. Shorts, mini-skirts, leggings and the like, tracksuits, T-shirts, training and deck shoes and the like casual wear are not permitted.
(Note for guidance: Trousers are acceptable when worn with garments which would be acceptable if worn with a skirt).
